Ortegas Bbq open-flame grill bring out the unique flavors in every piece of meat we cook. Starting with USDA  Beef, Perdue chickens and imported fish from all over the world TO YOUR MOUTH.

We marinate our meats until the peak of perfection. Then, we apply our signature homemade sauce and allow the flavors to permeate the meat for at least 48 hours before we grill our whole chickens, pork ribs, chicken breast ON our open-flame grill.

All Red meats are cooked to Medium unless otherwise requested.
